  2. Attach photos or a video of the defective or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will evaluate your case within 48 hours.
  4. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a free replacement.

💰 Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment platform (typically 5–10 business days).
